You're having fungal infection, use candid dusting powder at day time and surfaz-sn ointment for local application at night.

Hi Deep, this is most probably fungal infection. But better to check it once before prescribing anything. If you stay near thane you can take appt from lybrate and come and show me once. The creams which you have used so far are wrong and maybe that is why the infection has increased and not gone down.

Sir I have fungal infection but I started using surfaz sn with neomycin. If I stop it the infection is again increasing what should I do to avoid it. Shall I continue it or not.

Fungal infections on skin are the most common of all and are effectively treated with homeopathy. I advise you to stop allopathic treatment as it gives temporary results only with lots of side effects, it will recur once you stop medicines and homeopathic treatment cures it from roots without side effects. no chance of recurrence. you can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.

Asked for male, 33years old from Delhi

Suffering from infection (red patches and irritation) on glans and shaft of the penis (might be balanoposthitis). Applied Surfaz SN cream (Betamethasone (0.025%w/w) + Clotrimazole (1%w/w) + Neomycin (0.5%w/w)) on the glans and shaft since 10 days. But this has not helped much, redness is increasing. Consulted doctor he told, this could be due to irritation from Surfaz SN cream. My query is: how to treat this side effect of Surfaz Sn cream (used 10 days on the glans)? Please Advice its really urgent.

It could be Fungal infection. Avoid application of creams containing steroid over your skin. It would damage your skin and cause recurrence of disease.
